The Human Resources unit (“HR”) leads the acquisition and retention of employees with the right mix of skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviour to enable the Firm consistently meet it’s business goals and sustain future growth
The unit is also responsible for entrenching a culture that encourages and recognises high performance and values employee advancement and well being. This is done through the deployment of enabling policies, processes, procedures, and effective organisation wide communication channels
It is charged with the development and deployment of programmes that build a strong pipeline of talent throughout the organisation while maintaining an attractive employee value proposition
