Stella Mujakperuo, Legal & Compliance

Stella Mujakperuo heads the Legal and Compliance unit. She is primarily responsible for all legal advisory issues related to the business and ensures that the Firm complies with all statutory and regulatory provisions such as internal control processes and anti-money laundering laws. Stella worked in the corporate commercial department at Aluko & Oyebode where she gained a transactional focus on commercial law issues, Energy and Natural Resources, Infrastructure, Privatisation and Corporate finance. She was part of the team that acted as local counsel in a consortium of international consultants put together by the IFC to provide legal advisory services for a PSP initiative within the Aviation sector. She has an LLB from the University of Benin and an LLM in Petroleum Taxation and Finance from CEPMLP, University of Dundee, Scotland
