Mutual Funds Unit

We currently have three groups of funds under management:

Equity Trading Funds: Afrinvest Equity Fund (“AEF”) (listed) focuses on trading in shares of foremost companies that have good prospects of short to medium term capital appreciation

Fixed Income Funds

Money Market Fund (“MMF”) (unlisted): Assets are invested in highly liquid fixed income investments for risk averse clients
Nigeria International Debt Fund (“NIDF”) (listed): The NIDF is a dollar-denominated Fund trading exclusively in Nigerian government’s foreign debt instruments. The NIDF is currently being restructured into an FGN only bond fund

Hybrid Funds

Balanced Growth Fund (“BGF”) (unlisted): Is a hybrid of the AEF and MMF. It ensures capital growth and provides steady income to investors
Ethical Investment Fund (unlisted): This caters for investors with selective interest in the equity market based on religious, ethical and / or moral grounds
