Retail Sales Unit

Our Retail Sales unit structure is designed in such a way to ensure optimum delivery of our wealth management products to a wide reach of customers. The unit is divided into three sub units:

National Sales
NS is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the sales force. NS is responsible for training and communicating product information and firm-wide targets to the sales force. This sub unit ensures the sales force is provided with necessary marketing tools to achieve its aims and objectives

Regional Sales
RS is directly responsible for sales generated in their respective regions and report directly to the National Sales Coordinator. This sub unit provides region-specific information that will help achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall plan of the sales force. Furthermore, we manage existing relationships while generating new contacts for potential sales

Independent Sales
IS is the primary sales contact for each of our product offering. The sub unit consists of teams of sales agent expected to meet a required minimum of sales turnover in order to make up the region’s quota per month/ annum. Reporting directly to RS, the sub unit’s primary responsibility is to generate the required level of sales while providing primary information that assists product development and sales promotion
